Do you offer drop-ins?
Yes, we do! Drop-ins are available for $35 and can be used for either our cycling classes or functional training sessions. We’d love to have you join us for a class anytime!
Do you offer online classes?
Yes, we offer online classes through our platform with two live sessions every day. For just $29 a month, you can also access a library of past recorded sessions. Plus, enjoy a 7-day free trial to try it out! Stay consistent with your fitness routine wherever you are.
Do I need cycling shoes?
Cycling shoes are optional. Most of our bike pedals are compatible with both cycling shoes and regular sneakers. However, we highly recommend using indoor cycling shoes for added security and stability and enhance your overall experience.
If you don’t have your own, we offer rentals for $5 or you can purchase a pair at our studio.
What should I bring to class?
We recommend bringing a water bottle, a towel, and comfortable workout attire. If you’re planning to rent cycling shoes, be sure to arrive a little early to get set up!
Are there showering facilities available after class?
At our Midtown location, we do not have shower facilities. However, at our Doral location, we offer three separate, comfortable showers for your convenience.
Is there an age limit?
There is no age limit, but we do have a height requirement of 130 cm (4’3”) to ensure safety and proper bike fit.

- Booking and Membership
How do I book a class?
You can easily book a class through our mobile app or by calling either of our locations. We’re here to assist you with any questions or help you with your booking.
Do you offer special promotions for first-time clients?
Yes, we have two great promotions available for first-time clients:
5 classes for $50, to be used within two weeks.
12 classes for $99, to be used within one month.
Both promotions are valid at our Doral and Midtown locations and can be used for all of our cycling and workout classes. These offers are available only for new clients and are a one-time purchase. The idea is to give you the opportunity to explore and experience all of our services and try different classes.
What happens if I miss a class?
We understand that life can get busy! Our cancellation policy ensures everyone has a chance to reserve a spot in our classes. You can cancel your reservation up to three hours before the class without incurring a penalty, and you won’t lose your credit.
If you cancel within the three-hour window, a late cancellation fee of $5 will apply. If you don’t show up and fail to cancel, the fee will be $10.
What are the penalties for showing up late?
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before class starts to ensure you’re fully settled and ready to ride. If you show up late, there’s a chance your reserved bike may no longer be available, and you may need to choose a different bike. To ensure a smooth experience for all riders, we encourage everyone to arrive on time!
What happens if I use my whole membership package before the next month?
If you have an auto-renew package, it will renew either when you use your last credit or when your billing month ends—whichever comes first. This ensures that you will always have active credits available to make bookings without interruption.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at hello@purepowercycle.com. Please note that our cancellation policy requires a 5-day notice before your membership expiration date. We’ll be happy to assist you with the process!
What happens if I need to travel and have an auto-renew plan?
If you need to travel, you can contact our customer service team at hello@purepowercycle.com, and we’ll help you downgrade your plan to a maintenance option. Alternatively, you can cancel your auto-renew plan. Please note that if you choose to purchase another auto-renew plan in the future, an additional initiation fee of 50% of the selected plan will apply.

Where do I park?
At our Doral location, we offer free parking for all our clients in a convenient two-level parking garage. At our Midtown location, you can park at a nearby PayByPhone parking spot or in the Target parking garage located at 3401 N Miami Ave, Suite 100, Miami, FL 33127.
Do you offer food or drinks at your locations
Yes! At our Doral location, we have a full coffee bar offering protein shakes, protein bars, healthy breakfast options, and snacks to keep you fueled. At our Midtown location, we have a cozy coffee corner with a selection of snacks available.
- Class Levels and Health
Are classes for different levels?
Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you can challenge yourself with different modifications, all while following the beat to stay in rhythm and keep the energy high.
What if I have a health condition or injury?
If you have any health concerns or injuries, please consult your doctor before joining class. You can also let our instructors know beforehand so they can offer modifications.
