You can cancel or change your auto-renew plan at any time by logging into your account through our website at www.purepowercycle.com or by contacting our Customer Service Team at hello@purepowercycle.com. Please ensure to do so at least 5 days before your next billing date.

Steps to Cancel Your Membership

Studio
1. Sign in to your account using the tablet or device at the studio.

2. Navigate to the “My Profile” section.

3. Select “Passes & Memberships”.

4. Locate your current plan from the list.

5. Deactivate the corresponding check mark.

• This will turn off your membership for the next billing cycle.

Important Note: If you choose to reactivate your plan later, the auto-renew discount will require an initiation fee of 50% of the plan’s value, applied only for the first month.

Online

Here are the steps to cancel your membership directly through your account:
1. Log in to your account via our website.
2. Go to the “My Account” section.
3. Click on “Subscription”.
4. In the “Actions” tab, select the option to cancel your subscription.
